Yoga by the Beach Returns for 2026

After a much-loved return in April, FREE Yoga by the Beach is officially back for 2026, inviting our community to reconnect, unwind, and move mindfully by the ocean.

Held every Sunday morning, Yoga by the Beach is the perfect way to start your day. With the sound of the waves, fresh sea air, and gentle movement, these open-air sessions offer a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and focus on yourself before the week ahead.

A Gentle Start to Your Sunday

Each session begins at 7.00am, guiding participants through deep breathing, gentle stretching, and moments of pure relaxation. Designed to be accessible for all skill levels, Yoga by the Beach welcomes everyone. There’s no pressure and no expectations — just time to move at your own pace and enjoy the calm of the coastline as the day begins.

Meet Your 2026 Instructor: Anna

We’re thrilled to welcome Anna as our Yoga by the Beach instructor for 2026.

Anna is an experienced yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Practitioner, with over 20 years of experience in yoga and holistic health. She brings a kind, nurturing approach to every class, supporting balance, vitality, and overall wellbeing.

Her sessions are warm and inclusive, blending:

  • Gentle yet nourishing stretches
  • Mindfulness and meditation
  • Guided relaxation to leave you feeling light, grounded, and refreshed

Drawing from classical Hatha yoga with a soft, flowing style, Anna’s classes help awaken the body while calming the mind. Practising on the peaceful dunes by the ocean, it’s the perfect way to begin your Sunday feeling centred, energised, and ready for the day ahead.

April Moments by the Ocean

April marked our first month back, and it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces — along with new ones — roll out their mats and greet the morning together.

Free, Friendly, and Open to All

Yoga by the Beach is proudly free and open to the whole community. Simply arrive, bring a towel or yoga mat, and enjoy an hour of mindful movement in nature.

Whether you come solo, with friends, or with family, everyone is welcome.

Sessions Continue Through June

Yoga by the Beach will continue through to June 2026, giving you plenty of opportunities to make it part of your Sunday morning routine.

Please note:

  • From Sunday 14 June, sessions will shift to a 7.30am – 8.30am timeslot.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the beach for another season of movement, mindfulness, and ocean air.
